I was really skeptical at first but decided to take a chance and figured the worst that could happen is I would be out some money. I am SO GLAD I found this website.Zou was amazing and the communication was great. It took 16 days for my bag to arrive and it was worth the wait! My Neverfull is gorgeous and looks exactly like the real thing. As some of the other reviews on this site say, it did have a chemical / plastic odor but it was gone within a day or so after I let it air out. It did come with all the accessories and a dustbag but does not come in an LV box. I will be purchasing more purses from this site!
